As a strong member of our creative Marketing & Partnerships team, you will work closely with our Marketing, Product and Engineering teams as well as with the adidas Partnerships team. You will create and support impactful collaborations with business partners from sports and tech industries to uplift the distribution and engagement of our digital products.

 

You’ll contribute by:

  • Developing a partnership strategy together with our Head of Marketing
  • Creating and managing meaningful partnerships as well as analyzing the respective outcome
  • Guiding and managing internal stakeholders (e.g. from Marketing, Product or Engineering) as well as external ones (such as third party companies) to drive partnership operations
  • Working together closely with peers from the adidas Partnerships team regarding joint collaborations with third parties
  • Defining KPIs on the basis of the partnership strategy and establishing benchmarks within this area

 

What makes you the right match:

  • 5+ years of work experience in Marketing and/or Partnership Management, ideally in the sports or tech industry
  • Proven track record of creating and executing partnerships
  • Profound experience in project management and working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Affinity for sport and digital products as well as an interest working in a fast paced and constantly evolving organization
  • Excellent communication and English skills, as well as a proactive and user-oriented attitude
  • Creative and innovative approach to problem solving

 

Salary information

And here’s the fine print: Our salary range for this position starts at EUR 48,000 gross per year. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
