Head of Product Marketing (Running)

Linz (preferably) or Vienna Full-time

As our Head of Product Marketing Running, you’ll act as a liaison between our Marketing and Product teams and be responsible for communicating our Running app’s value to the market. You and your team will help shape the product in close alignment with our Head of Product & Head of Engineering.

You’ll contribute by:

  • Owning the full funnel and taking over responsibility for respective KPIs
  • Leading our 2 Campaign Managers (Running) and fostering a learning environment to support your team members in growing and developing their skills
  • Coordinating a functional team to acquire and engage new users as well as optimize user journeys
  • Collaborating with product management, technical stakeholders, and marketing teams in order to develop a holistic communication strategy that resonates well with our target audience
  • Strategically planning exciting marketing campaigns and activations together with adidas and external partners (e.g. Apple or Google)

What makes you the right match:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing
  • University degree in Business Administration, (Digital) Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of working with funnel metrics and optimizing them
  • Previous leadership experience as well as familiarity with cross-functional teamwork
  • Considerable experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and English skills, as well as a proactive and user-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to travel regularly to the adidas headquarters (Herzogenaurach, Germany) as well as between our Linz and Vienna offices


Salary information

And here’s the fine print: Our salary range starts at EUR 51,630 gross per year. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
