Head of Content Marketing

As our Head of Content Marketing, you’ll shape our social media appearance in alignment with other marketing stakeholders. Together with your team, you’ll be responsible for engaging and inspiring our community on various channels, while ensuring healthy performance and growth.

You’ll contribute by:

  • Leading our Content Marketing team and fostering a learning environment to support your team members in growing and developing their skills
  • Owning our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Youtube) and our blog (including SEO) and being responsible for respective KPIs
  • Developing and implementing our content marketing strategy in close alignment with our Content Planning & Creation, as well as our Product Marketing teams, to engage our community on various channels, while keeping an eye on the analytical side of things
  • Driving innovation within the team, encouraging experimentation, and testing the latest features and platforms

What makes you the right match:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Content Marketing, especially with social media, SEO and also respective KPIs
  • Native speaker proficiency in English or German with excellent English skills
  • University degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Leadership experience and familiarity with cross-functional teamwork
  • Strong communication skills, as well as a creative yet analytical way of thinking
  • Considerable experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Passion for health and fitness, as well as digital marketing

 

Salary information

And here’s the fine print: Our salary range starts at EUR 50,000 gross per year. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
