Campaign Manager

Linz (preferably) or Vienna | Marketing & Communications | Full-time


As a strong member of our innovative Product Marketing team, you will support us in strengthening the relationship with our users and maximizing their engagement in our apps. In cooperation with team members responsible for Customer Relationship Management, User Acquisition, App Store Optimization as well as our Marketing and Partnership Managers, you’ll work on exciting projects in our fast-paced and constantly evolving organization.

You’ll contribute by:

  • Creating campaign briefs with our Head of Product Marketing
  • Managing and evaluating campaigns and projects (such as our Run For The Oceans campaign) and sharing what is learned with stakeholders
  • Defining performance KPIs for campaign execution and planning as well as coordinating the contributions of respective teams
  • Strategically planning content features (e.g. featured workout, challenges) and updating the marketing roadmap accordingly in alignment with the Head of Product Marketing
  • Analysing featured workouts and challenges as well as distributing reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Aligning continuously with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project flows and collaborating closely with adidas stakeholders during campaign execution

What makes you the right match:

  • 3+ years of work experience in Digital Marketing, preferably Performance Marketing
  • University degree in Business Administration, (Digital) Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in project management with a proven track record of leading and executing projects successfully
  • Considerable experience working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Affinity for digital marketing channels and related trends (e.g. in user acquisition, mobile messaging, or app store optimization)
  • Excellent communication and English skills, as well as a proactive and user-oriented attitude


Salary information

And here’s the fine print: Our salary range starts at EUR 43,400 gross per year. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
