HR & Office Assistant

If people and jokes are your thing, join our HR team and actively contribute to improving and fostering a pleasant working environment in our Vienna office. In this hybrid role, you will perform a variety of office management tasks as well as support our team in various HR topics.


You’ll contribute by:

  • Taking care of our team and office in Vienna and proactively coming up with improvements to foster a pleasant working environment
  • Coordinating external suppliers and service providers (e.g. for office cleaning and maintenance, health management)
  • Organizing internal and external appointments, as well as business travels for our team
  • Contributing to a pleasant and fun working environment by organizing team events and social activities (e.g. our regular Mystery Lunch)
  • Supporting our HR team in a variety of topics, depending on your background and interests

What makes you the right match:

  • At least 2 years of practical experience as an assistant in HR or Office Management
  • A passion for people and cultures, as well as an outgoing and approachable personality
  • Proactive mindset, as well as outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite
  • Excellent English and German communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Valid work permit for Austria


Salary information

And here’s the fine print: Our salary range starts at EUR 30,100 gross per year. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
