Engineering Manager (Motivation & Guidance and Onboarding & Discovery)

As one of our Engineering Managers, you’ll lead and develop our Motivation & Guidance, and our Onboarding & Discovery squads.

You’ll contribute by:

  • Leading, coaching and inspiring 10 software engineers in cross-functional teams
  • Encouraging a learning and knowledge-sharing environment while also considering the company’s needs
  • Teaching team members how to explain technically complex situations to non-technical experts
  • Guiding the teams through the development lifecycle and fostering collaboration between engineers and other team members
  • Ensuring engineering best practices are followed and improved over time
  • Working with colleagues to identify opportunities or needs for alignments
  • Managing salaries and the team’s learning & development budget
  • Attracting and hiring new talents for your teams

What makes you the right match:

  • 3+ years of experience with product development; ideally in an agile environment
  • 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring experts and teams
  • Empathetic, people-centered mindset and a passion for leadership
  • Proactive attitude to improve processes as well as drive collaboration and team maturity
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation and creating an understanding of technical needs and investments
  • Openness to feedback and interest in working in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent English skills


Salary information

And here’s the fine print: Our salary range starts at EUR 56,140 gross per year. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
