As a strong part of our amazing Customer Happiness team, you will act as an ambassador of our company and products, ensuring our millions of users are happy, engaged, and feel supported. The team is looking for part-time support (30 hours per week).

You’ll contribute by:

  • Providing individual customer support through efficient, friendly, and high-quality written responses while following our communication procedures.
  • Helping our users with their inquiries about our online and mobile services
  • Communicating with users from all over the world via email in English and German
  • Providing support in French and Spanish using gTran
  • Evaluating customer satisfaction through direct feedback from our users
  • Collaborating with our Product, CRM, Communication and Engineering teams by reporting technical issues and customer feedback as well as sharing feature requests
  • Becoming a specialist within your area of responsibility by gaining in-depth knowledge of our products and ensuring proper documentation in our internal databases

What makes you the right match:

  • Native speaker proficiency in German and excellent English skills
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and health and fitness
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to different personas
  • Familiarity with our adidas Running and adidas Training apps is a plus
  • Very good PC skills and, ideally, fundamental knowledge of iOS and Android devices
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to keep a pleasant tone with users in all situations
  • Valid work permit for Austria

Salary information

And here’s the fine print: Our salary range starts at EUR 30.100 gross per year. Your actual offer depends on your skillset and experience.
